WINE CLUB
As we are just in the beginning phase of our winery, we hope to establish the wine club in a couple years.
Since our first vintage is underway it will be a couple years until we are ready to have wine tastings and establish wine clubs.
Our first vintage of Syrah, Aglianico, and Tannat have aged in mostly neutral French and Hungarian barrels for 30 months. These vintages will be bottled this fall, followed by 6 months bottle aging. After completion of necessary licensing, bonding, and permits, our first commercial release is planned for the fall of 2024.
For our first and subsequent vintages of Syrah we selected award winning grapes from Meadowlark Vineyards in the picturesque Santa Ynez Valley and the Los Olivos District. We also selected Aglianico, a full-bodied Italian red wine, as well as Tannat, a deep red French varietal both from Paso Robles, California to round out our 2020 vintages. Over the years to come, we plan on supporting the emerging Yucaipa Valley wine region by producing wine from local vineyards as well as continuing to source fruit from Los Olivos, and Paso Robles.
